About the Role
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our Chennai center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, support internal teams, and maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Maintain cleanliness and overall office discipline Front Office & Coordination
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries Coordinate with students, faculty, and internal teams
Maintain visitor records and assist in front desk activities Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation Handle filing, data entry, and report preparation
Ensure proper documentation of all administrative activities Support to Operations & Sales Team
Assist in coordinating batches, schedules, and events Support the sales team in follow-ups and basic lead management
Help in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional activities Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of organizational data
Key Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
