Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to handle payroll processing, PF &
- ESI compliance, employee records, HR operations, and statutory requirements. The candidate should have positive knowledge of labor laws, salary processing, attendance management, employee documentation, and HR coordination. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential employee information professionally. Key Responsibilities 1. Payroll Management Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees. Maintain accurate salary records and attendance data. Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements. Ensure timely salary disbursement. Maintain payroll confidentiality and accuracy.
- PF (Provident Fund) &
- ESI Handling Manage employee registration under PF and ESI. Calculate and deduct PF and ESI contributions accurately. File monthly and annual PF &
- ESI returns. Ensure timely statutory payments and compliance submissions.
- HR Compliance &
- Statutory Requirements Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. Maintain employee records as per legal requirements. Assist during audits related to payroll and statutory compliance. Handle documentation for inspections by labor authorities. Keep updated with changes in labor laws and compliance requirements. Maintain proper documentation of contracts, employee files, and policies.
- HR Operations Support Maintain employee database and personal records. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters. Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities. Maintain leave, attendance, and shift records. Coordinate employee joining documentation and induction process. Manage full & final settlement process for resigned employees.
- Recruitment &
- Employee Coordination Coordinate recruitment activities such as screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Post job openings on job portals and social platforms. Maintain communication with candidates and employees. Support employee engagement and workplace discipline activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduation in any field. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, payroll, or statutory compliance. Freshers can also apply if they have excellent knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, and HR operations. Good knowledge of PF, ESI, labor laws, payroll processing, and attendance management. Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR/Payroll. Good communication and organizational skills.
