We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can confidently handle Hindi-speaking customers through WhatsApp chat and voice calls across multiple e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp chat & voice calls
- Communicate clearly in Hindi (mandatory) and English (basic)
- Assist customers with:
- Order status & tracking
- Product details
- Delivery & return-related queries
- Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team for issue resolution
- Update customer interactions in system / Excel / ERP
- Ensure polite, patient, and brand-aligned communication Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hindi language – Mandatory (spoken & typing)
- Basic English communication
- Experience in e-commerce customer support preferred (Amazon / Flipkart / Website orders / WhatsApp orders)
- Comfortable with:
- WhatsApp Business
- Phone call handling
- Basic computer usage (Excel, order panels)
- Good listening skills & problem-solving attitude Who Can Apply

- Candidates with 1–3 years customer support experience
