TECHNICAL LEAD - URBAN PLANNING AND SUSTAINABLE COOLING …, Viluppuram

We are looking for a Technical Lead who will spearhead urban planning initiatives under the Tamil Nadu Project Management Unit (PMU), supporting the implementation of the India Cooling Action Plan (ICAP). This position requires a deep understanding of urban planning frameworks and strong collaboration with government departments, private sector entities, and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities entail:
- Project Leadership and Coordination
- Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building
- Research, Analysis, and Reporting
- Policy and Financing Advisory Additional Information: The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in urban planning, sustainable development, or related fields, with expertise in heat-resilient planning and cooling technologies. Proven track record of engaging with government departments, private developers, and financial institutions. This is a full time position, the person will need to work out of our Chennai office.
