- 9150030610 A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide customer support. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers or respond to inbound calls
- Explain products/services clearly to customers
- Generate leads and set appointments
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
- Follow up with potential customers for sales closure
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and listening)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to persuade and convince customers
- Patience and positive attitude
- Time management and multitasking skills Qualifications:
- Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus Pay: ₹12,000.00
