Job Title: Purchase Executive
Job Summary:
The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for the company’s operations. The role ensures that all procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, and compliant with company policies and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Collect material requirements from different departments. Source, compare, and finalize suppliers for raw materials and consumables. Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors for delivery. Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier details. Coordinate with the stores and accounts department for material receipt and payment. Monitor stock levels and plan timely purchases. Prepare daily/monthly purchase reports.
Qualification Diploma and BE in Mechanical Engineering. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Tally, or ERP systems. Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Salary: Based on experience and performance
Experience: Minimum: 1–3 years in Purchase/Procurement (Manufacturing Industry)
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
