About the Role Work on video editing projects that drive meaningful impact while improving creative efficiency through cutting-edge and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content optimized for vertical and horizontal viewing and audience retention
- Apply strong storytelling techniques, including compelling hooks, pacing, captions, and visual flow to maximize watch time
- Integrate generative AI tools into the editing process to enhance visuals, audio, efficiency, and creative output
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to translate briefs into engaging video assets
- Experiment with formats, styles, and narratives to continuously improve performance and engagement
- Optimize videos based on performance insights, feedback, and evolving content trends
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and brand guidelines across all video content
- Edit and refine influencer-led and user-generated content when required
- Stay up to date with emerging video editing techniques, AI tools, and creative best practices

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience editing short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms.
- Should have experience integrating generative AI tools into your video editing workflow.
- A strong portfolio is mandatory, please share at least three sample videos that demonstrate your editing skills and AI-assisted video creation
- Demonstrated ability to create social-first content with measurable engagement outcomes (views, retention, shares, or conversions)
