The role focuses on creating and maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and supporting the bank's financial and human capital objectives.Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration Expertise in Personnel Management, including recruitment, training, and employee relations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organizational and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in financial institutions or cooperative banking is a plus Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards is an advantage
