Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions in-store, handling client concerns effectively, gathering feedback, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, requiring active engagement with customers and staff.Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Familiarity with Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service practices Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining client-centric solutionsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment Prior experience in retail, especially luxury or jewellery, is an added advantage Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer management software MANDATORY: Prior experience in the hotel industry and customer/ service centric rolesBasic computer and CRM proficiency Only hotel industry experienced candidates apply.
