Job Title: AI Engineer Location: India Experience: 7+ Years Overall IT Experience | 2+ Years in Generative AI Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building and deploying Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI automation, and orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate should have experience working in fast-paced environments, developing scalable AI systems, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:• Design, build, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions using LLMs and AI frameworks • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, semantic search, and vector database integrations • Build AI-driven workflows and automation solutions using orchestration tools• Develop reproducible and production-ready code using AI coding tools • Review AI-generated code and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability • Collaborate with teams in Agile/SDLC environments and manage project deliverables • Communicate project progress, risks, and timelines with stakeholders• Mentor junior developers and interns on AI development best practices Required Skills: • Strong programming experience in Python with FastAPI or Node.js • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, and AI agents • Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, or similar LLM platforms• Strong understanding of RAG architecture, chunking, embeddings, and vector databases • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc. • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and deployment best practices •Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred Skills:• Experience with orchestration tools like n8n, Dify, or IBM Orchestrate • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI workflow optimization • Experience in full-stack application development Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a relatedfield.Apply at:
