Since we were formed in August of 2016, we have supported multiple impactful and exciting government programs.Job Title: Sr. Proposal Manager– Federal (US Government) Location: India (100% Remote) Experience: 8–12+ Years (Federal Proposals) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager with strong US Federal contracting experience to lead and manage end-to-end proposal development for government opportunities. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Federal RFPs (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and will work remotely from India while collaborating with US-based stakeholders.Key Responsibilities· Lead full lifecycle proposal management for US Federal opportunities (RFP, RFQ, RFI) · Analyze solicitation documents and develop compliant proposal strategies · Create and manage proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices · Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical SMEs,Pricing, Contracts)· Ensure strict compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements · Manage proposal writing, reviews, revisions, and final submissions · Facilitate Pink, Red, Gold Team reviews · Control versioning, formatting, and delivery via government portals (SAM, eBuy, PIEE, etc.) · Track deadlines and ensure on-time, high-quality submissions· Maintain proposal repositories, templates, and past performance content · Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and debriefs Required Skills · Proven experience managing US Federal proposals · Strong understanding of: · FAR / DFARS regulations · Federal procurement lifecycle· Hands-on experience with RFP compliance and proposal governance · Excellent proposal writing, editing, and content organization skills · Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines · Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination · Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint· Excellent written and verbal English communication · Comfortable working in US time zones (overlap required) Preferred Skills · Experience with specific federal agencies (DoD, DHS, HHS, VA, GSA, etc.) · Knowledge of IDIQ, GWACs, BPA, Schedule contracts · Experience with proposal automation or tools (e.g., Qvidian, Loopio, SharePoint)· APMP Certification (Foundation / Practitioner / Professional) · Experience working with US-based sales and capture teams · Exposure to pricing volumes and cost narratives Education · Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration Engineering Communications Or a related field · Master’s degree is a plus but not mandatoryWhy Join Us· 100% remote role based in India · Exposure to high-value US Federal programs · Opportunity to work with global teams · Long-term career growth in Federal capture and proposal managementnd highly organized.
