We value clarity, ownership, and disciplined execution.About the Role Avenor is hiring a Client Operations Specialist to support day-to-day client communication across active software delivery engagements. This is a full-time remote role based in India. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for client questions, service requests, and issue updates. You will work closely with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure clients receive clear communication, timely follow-through, and reliable support.Position Responsibilities - Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and calls in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate status updates on requests, incidents, and delivery-related questions. - Triage and escalate urgent or complex issues to the right internal team quickly.- Track open issues and follow through until resolution is confirmed. - Maintain clear documentation of interactions, actions, and outcomes in internal systems. - Surface recurring concerns and feedback trends to project leads and management. - Communicate with empathy and precision, especially during high-pressure situations.- Contribute to client trust and satisfaction through proactive, transparent communication. Position Requirements - Strong English proficiency (written and spoken). - Must be based in India. - Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and stable work setup. - Excellent communication skills and professional client-facing behavior.- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple conversations at once. - Prior experience in customer support, client operations, SaaS support, IT services, or logistics-tech environments is preferred.
