Job Description As an English Group Leader, you will facilitate small group discussions where members practice speaking English through interactive and meaningful conversations. Your role is to guide discussions, support participants, and create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, moderating discussions, and helping others build confidence in speaking English. Responsibilities Lead small group English conversation sessions Facilitate discussions around practical and engaging topics (culture, lifestyle, career, technology, current topics, etc.)Encourage group members to actively participate and express their ideas in English Maintain a supportive, friendly, and inclusive group environment Guide discussions to ensure balanced participation among members Support community engagement and help members stay motivated in their learning journeyCoordinate with the Fondi team to improve group session quality and engagement Incentives Incentive-based earnings linked to session activity and engagement Rewards based on consistency, participation, and group growth Opportunity to develop leadership and communication skills Long-term growth opportunities within the Fondi ecosystemRequirements Comfortable communicating and leading group discussions in English Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, patient, and able to manage group conversations Interest in helping others improve their English speaking confidence Reliable and able to lead sessions regularlyPrevious experience in group facilitation, teaching, coaching, or community management is a plus (but not required)
