Business Development Officer/ BDO (Ollukkara)

Location: Services Door No: 1552/3, First Floor, Metro Plaza, Ollukkara, Paravattani, Thrissur, Kerala – 680655 Role Description Makesense Advertising is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team in Thrissur. The BDO will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. The role involves collaborating with our marketing team, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless client servicing. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop tailored proposals.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to spot growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
- Basic Knowledge in Digital Marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of market research and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
