- Leading manufacturing group - Rotation possible (3/1) About Our Client Our client is a leading industrial manufacturing spezialised in Packaging Job Description You will be responsible of the following tasks: - Manage production operations and coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments- Monitor production activity (production dashboards, incident reports, quality, etc.) - Contribute to the development and optimization of production processes - Centralise and resolve all incidents (anomalies, information collection and causes of observed malfunctions) Define and implement the necessary corrections (waste, compliance, etc.)- Provide training to teams on technical advances, skills transfer, as well as quality, safety, and environmental standards. - Define training needs to enable skills development for the entire team. - Manage, evaluate, and manage production personnel (information, setting objectives, organising activities, technical assistance, safety)- Raise team awareness of the requirements of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 The Successful Applicant With a higher education background, you have at least 10 years of experience in flat extrusion, particularly in thermoformed sheet processing.
