Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI sales and a passion for field-based client acquisition and relationship management.Key Responsibilities * Identify, acquire, and manage HNI clients within the assigned territory * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients * Conduct regular client meetings and presentations* Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads * Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates * Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards Key Result Areas (KRAs) Sales target achievement and revenue generation HNI client acquisition and portfolio growthClient retention and repeat business Field activity and territory coverage Lead conversion and pipeline management Required Skills&Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent relationship management abilities Result-driven with a target-oriented mindset Good knowledge of BFSI products and market Ability to work independently in a field sales environment Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BFSI (Insurance / NBFC / Banking preferred)Proven track record in sales and client acquisition Experience in handling HNI clients is an added advantage Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license Compensation&Benefits Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities Training and development support Locations Ernakulam Thrissur Malappuram Kozhikode Palakkad Wayanad Kasaragod
