Electrical Engineer (Tiruchirappalli)

- Supervise and execute civil works for solar power plant projects.
- Monitor site grading, excavation, leveling, and land development activities.
- Manage construction of module mounting structure foundations, inverter foundations, control rooms, and internal roads.
- Ensure quality control of concrete, reinforcement, and structural works.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, surveyors, and vendors.
- Review civil drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
- Verify measurements and contractor bills.
- Monitor material usage and inventory at site.
- Resolve in office technical and construction-related issues.
- Support project commissioning and handover activities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in solar power plant, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC projects preferred. Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction and site execution
- Understanding of solar plant foundation and structural works
- AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency
- Quantity estimation and BOQ handling
- Project coordination and reporting
