- Monitor daily sales and achieve business targets
- Handle customer complaints and issue resolution
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers and delivery management
- Prepare and analyze sales performance reports
