Design Engineer Chennai Full Time : The Inventor Design Engineer plays a key role in the product development process by utilizing Autodesk Inventor, to create detailed models and drawings. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, applies engineering principles, and ensures that designs meet quality standards and project requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities : Create 3D models Mechanical & Structural components and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor. Develop creative and effective design solutions that align with project objectives.

Utilize

Inventor software to produce accurate and detailed drawings for manufacturing and assembly. Generate 2D and 3D models of parts, assemblies, and layouts. Work closely with product managers, Leads, and other engineers to understand design intent and millwork constructions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design feedback and ensure design feasibility. Identify opportunities for design improvements, cost reduction, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Incorporate design changes and modifications into existing drawings.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards of drawings and design documentation. Perform quality checks to verify dimensions, materials, and other details. Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, revisions, and other relevant records.
