ServiceNow IRM Developer (Tiruchirappalli)

We are looking for skilled ServiceNow IRM Developers to join our team and work on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM modules and a strong understanding of risk and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM (GRC) solutions
- Configure Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules
- Work on end-to-end implementations including requirement gathering, design, development, and deployment
- Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies as per business needs
- Perform data modeling, entity scoping, and control framework setup
- Develop reports and dashboards for risk and compliance tracking
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems where required
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 8+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience
- Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules
- Experience in Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, or Audit Management
- Good understanding of risk frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript)
- Ability to create custom reports and dashboards beyond OOTB capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA or CIS-GRC certification
- Experience in end-to-end IRM implementations
