The senior technology project manager provides an outstanding service with his/her expertise that is customer focused and drives improved organizational performance.

The senior technology project manager applies to the team but also to other operational experts and officers within the organization.

For example: by being a mentor, onboard and the ability to train recent colleagues, lead meetings and design business processes.

In summary, the purpose of the role is to provide technology leadership as part of the technology leadership chapter within the squad based structure of the technology enterprise department.

In particular leading a squad with its associated customer portfolio and leading or providing assurance for the technology related workstreams for projects.

The senior technology project manager can potentially be a part of the technology enterprise senior leadership team (tech SLT).
