Automotive Assembly Operator (Tiruchirappalli)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Assembly Operator to support the production and assembly of automotive components and systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing assembly line tasks, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities Perform assembly of automotive parts and components as per engineering drawings and work instructions Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation (5S practices) Report any defects, malfunctions, or deviations to supervisors immediately Support continuous production flow and meet daily/shift production targets Assist in basic troubleshooting during assembly operations Follow all safety rules and company compliance policies Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth workflow Essential Qualifications Minimum: 10th / 12th / ITI (Mechanical / Automobile / Fitter / related trade preferred) Basic understanding of mechanical components and assembly processes Freshers or candidates with minimal experience can apply Required Skills Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments Attention to detail and quality awareness Teamwork and communication skills Ability to follow instructions and SOPs accurately Discipline in maintaining safety standards Basic problem-solving ability contact number: 9786888866 Qualification: Any Degree / ITI / Diploma
