Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. Additionally, they will play a vital role in managing clinic finances and providing administrative support to other team members. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the clinic.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and paperwork, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage clinic finances, including processing payments, handling invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims on behalf of patients.
- Provide administrative support to other team members, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other employees to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care. Skills Required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
