The company specializes in elevator supply, installation, modernization, maintenance, and engineering solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Position: Procurement Executive Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage the company’s purchasing and sourcing activities. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, material procurement, price negotiations, logistics follow-ups, and ensuring timely availability of materials for ongoing projects and operations. Key Responsibilities Handle procurement of elevator materials, electrical items, engineering products, tools, and office requirements Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery Track shipments, logistics, and material dispatch status Coordinate with operations, technical, and accounts departments regarding material requirements Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation Ensure proper stock monitoring and inventory coordination Follow up on pending deliveries, shortages, and replacement materials Support management in cost control and procurement planning Ensure purchased materials meet required technical specifications and quality standards Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field Minimum 2–4 years of procurement or purchase experience Experience in construction, elevator, engineering, or technical industries preferred Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement documentation Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers simultaneously Strong communication and organizational skills Fluent in Malayalam and English Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in elevator or construction procurement will be given preference Knowledge of logistics coordination and inventory handling is an added advantage Candidates from Trivandrum or nearby locations preferred Salary & Benefits Market-competitive salary package Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company Professional and supportive work environment Performance-based growth and incentives Apply Now Interested candidates may send their updated CV to: hr@alfaelevator.
