Group Company: HDFC Bank Limited Designation: RA Tractor Finance- Sales Officer Position description: Managing the Tractor Loans Business&dealers in the area assigned to increase business through open market, refinance, repurchase&branch channel. Primary Responsibilities: JR 1: Achieve the given budgets every month from assigned area and dealers Activating all dealers by way of doing business every month JR 2: Personally, meeting all branch managers to increase branch no every month as well get good support from respective branchesAchieving assigned market share % with every brands and dealers. JR 3: Individually managing RC/PDD as well delinquency under control every month Focusing on all Channels like Open Market, used tractor, Top UP, Rural vertical JR 4: Achieving all cross-sell products of secured loans towards budgets as well maintaining CP/FP penetrationsManaging portfolio of his location as well managing 100% direct agri in his area JR 5: Increasing whole sale business by personally monitoring TA, CC&BG, CF business in assigned location. Maintaining relationships with all Cross functional team as well follow up of ethics, systems, process as per bank norms JR 6: Focusing First EMI cases for 100% resolution and supporting to solve any dealer issues in market Attending every day Branch huddle meetings with allocated branches to develop tractor loans productAdditional Responsibilities: Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time.
