Role Description This full time on-site role of Customer Success Manager is located in Thiruvananthapuram. The responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with parents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves guiding parents through their child’s assessment journey, maintaining consistent communication about progress, addressing concerns, and acting as a bridge between the parents and the institution. You will play a key role in ensuring growth by fostering trust and long-term engagement with families. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Onboarding, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address parent inquiries and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong skills in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to nurture trust and maintain long-term engagement with families.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess feedback, track progress, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with parents and effectively conveying information.
- Experience working in the education or ed-tech sector is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with cognitive development or child psychology is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication, or a related field. Industry
