In this role, you will deliver evidence-based aesthetic and cosmetology treatments in a judgment-free, patient-first environment.Success in this position means combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion — helping every patient feel truly confident in their skin.Responsibilities Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and skin type Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including injectables, laser therapies, anti-aging protocols and skin health procedures Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment progress with measurable outcomesEducate patients on treatment options, realistic expectations and post-care routines Ensure all procedures are carried out with the highest standards of safety, hygiene and medical ethics Collaborate with the GlowMed team to deliver a seamless, compassionate patient experience Stay updated on the latest developments in cosmetology and aesthetic medicineQualifications MBBS with a recognised qualification or certification in Dermatology or Cosmetology Hands-on experience with aesthetic treatments— injectables, lasers, skin treatments preferred Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to make patients feel comfortable and heard Commitment to judgment-free, inclusive care across all skin tones, genders and agesAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team Good documentation and communication skills Freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
