Senior Manager– Air Export Sales, Thiruvananthapuram

Role Overview The Senior Manager– Air Export Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing key client relationships for air freight export business. The role involves leading sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, managing high-value accounts, and ensuring achievement of organizational sales targets through effective leadership and execution.Key Responsibilities• Drive overall Air Export Sales strategy and revenue growth initiatives. • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. • Manage and grow relationships with exporters, corporates, and global agents. • Handle key accounts and large RFQs/tenders independently.• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Prepare and present competitive logistics solutions and pricing proposals. • Coordinate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams for seamless execution. • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.• Conduct regular client meetings, visits, and business reviews. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients. • Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and accurate forecasting reports. Leadership Responsibilities• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Assistant Managers. • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team. • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of revenue goals. • Conduct training and coaching sessions for skill development. • Drive a strong sales culture focused on performance and accountability.• Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy and expansion plans.
