A detail-oriented Procurement Operations Executive responsible for managing end-to-end procurement backend operations, documentation, and compliance. The role ensures accuracy, audit readiness, and seamless coordination across procurement, finance, and internal teams. Location: Trivandrum ResponsibilitiesPrepare, maintain, and control procurement documentation including fund sanction, fund utilisation, and PFR files Manage and regularly update PR and PFR trackers to ensure accurate and timely records Maintain complete procurement records, including Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documentsSupport ISO audits by preparing and maintaining backend procurement documentation Ensure accuracy, completeness, and availability of procurement data for internal and audit requirements Coordinate with finance, stores, and project teams for document alignment and approvals Monitor and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and audit standardsSkills Required Strong proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, MIS, basic formulas, data validation) Audit&compliance awareness Cross-functional coordination Time management Process discipline Attention to detail Qualification Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma Additional Qualification Experience in procurement operations, documentation, or audit support roles.
