Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Tele Caller to support our Government Exam division by connecting with prospective students, providing information about PSC and other competitive exam coaching programs, and following up on enquiries. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and the ability to guide candidates professionally.

Key Responsibilities Contact prospective students through outbound calls regarding government exam coaching programs. Handle inbound enquiries related to PSC, SSC, Railway, Banking, and other competitive exam courses. Explain course details, batch timings, fee structure, and admission process to candidates. Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions. Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in the system. Coordinate with the academic and admissions team for smooth student onboarding. Achieve daily and weekly calling targets. Build positive relationships with students and parents through skilled communication.

Requirements Any Graduate Good communication skills in Malayalam and English. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets. Prior experience in tele calling, counselling, or customer support is preferred. Interest or basic knowledge in government competitive exams is an added advantage. Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00
- ₹15,000.00 per month
