Overall Objectives of Job

Should be a Commerce graduate (preferably) who understands the accounting standards. Proficient in MS office applications at intermediate level. Should possess excellent communication in English language (Read/Write/Speak). Should be ready to work in shifts (Day / Night) as required by the process ad OE. Good understanding of procurement processes such focussing on P2P (Operational Procurement) high level, would be an added advantage. Certification in SAP MM / Ariba ERP knowledge would be an added advantage.

Duties And Responsibilities

Drive the PR / PO creation activities (including 1st level support to Requestors and Functional Controlling Team) PR / PO processing in SAP & Ariba , Snow. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Track & monitor PR / PO approvals Handling General Queries Adherence to process controls and suggest for improvements

Qualification, Experience, Technical And Functional Skills

Any Graduate / Post Graduate Fresher or 0 to 1 years of experience in Procurement and supply chain management would be an added advantage. Hands of experience in SAP & Ariba would be an added advantage. Positive Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel). Excellent communication in English language (Read / Write / Speak).
