Contracts Manager, Senior Manager (Thiruvananthapuram)

Job & Responsibilities : Drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and closing vendor and customer (B2B and B2C) agreements, SoW, Letter Agreements, addenda, T&Cs;, etc as a company and regulatory policy. Drafting and review of Loan documents and security (NCD) agreements. Develop a detailed understanding of the portfolio of service contracts and performance against the business case. Risk Assessment of the agreements through deviation statement or gap analysis; Ensuring all contract details align with country and local laws, as well as cooperate guidelines, policies, objectives, and goals. Expanding the system ensures global focus. Track risk and opportunity across the portfolio of contracts; Ensure appropriate contractual requirements flow-down mechanisms are deployed with the business; Monitor, analyze, report, and action contract performance metrics, contract risks, and penalties Draft and implement tools, processes, and templates including precedent contracts; Develop cross-functional training and share best practices; Lead or input to the design and development of current service contract offerings and standardization of service agreements; Support specific commercial and contract projects with customers as identified; Maintaining a repository of the agreements and MIS Reporting; Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders;

What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in law with a basic understanding of contract and business law. PQE – 5 to 8 Years. Basic knowledge and understanding of finance and NBFCs. Optimization of significant contracts for service, Drafting contract and its addendum and amendments, Contract negotiation, Contract and proposal drafting, Change management and business improvement, Self-motivated and results-driven, Problem-solving skills, Able to make effective, timely decisions by sourcing and analyzing critical information.
