Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and key accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion Collaborate with internal operational teams to align client requirements with service delivery Monitor industry trends and client expectations to improve account management strategies Prepare performance reports, account reviews, and operational updates for clients and management Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving Support operational improvements and quality enhancement initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree is mandatory 4–8 years of experience in international sales, international voice process, account management, client servicing, or similar client-facing roles Experience handling international clients and stakeholders is preferred Robust English communication and articulation skills are essential Exposure to Healthcare, Hospital, Automotive, Education, BPO, or related sectors is an advantage Strong analytical, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment Willing to work night shifts from office premises at Elippode, Trivandrum Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days will be given preference Shift Timing 09:30 PM to 6:30 AMWhy Join Ecorgy Solutions?
