Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient and timely execution of production schedules. Responsibilities include managing production planning, supervising teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards, maintaining machinery efficiency, and coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless workflow. The role requires keen problem-solving, strong leadership, and a focus on optimizing productivity while maintaining a protected working environment. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning and the ability to create and execute detailed production schedules
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and motivate production teams
- Experience in Production Management, including optimizing processes, drawing reading and maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey instructions clearly
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to production challenges
- IIT, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a relevant field is preferred Pay: ₹30,000.00
