Role Description

This is a full-time, in office position located in Gopalganj for a Hub Incharge / Team Lead (TL).

The Hub

Incharge will oversee daily operations at the logistics hub, manage and supervise a team of delivery executives, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.

Responsibilities include monitoring operational metrics, maintaining stock and inventory accuracy, coordinating with vendors, and resolving issues to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, driving compliance, and maintaining a safe working workplace.

Qualifications Solid leadership and team management skills, with experience planning and coordinating team tasks Operational expertise with skills in inventory management, logistics, and efficiency optimization Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to monitor performance metrics and generate insights Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Robust interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with team members and external stakeholders Ability to work calmly under pressure and in a fast-paced workplace Basic familiarity with logistics technology, including routing tools or similar software Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, particularly in logistics or supply chain, is advantageous Local candidate will be preferred
