Senior Technical Consultant - Data and AI (Mount Abu)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data & AI Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of client-focused AI and machine learning initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions that help customers achieve business outcomes through data-driven decision-making. The position also involves participating in pre-sales engagements, solution planning, and stakeholder enablement around modern AI and data science practices. Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to identify, assess, and prioritize AI-ready business use cases.
- Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning, large language model (LLM), and agentic AI solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, architects, and domain experts to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Support and lead client-facing delivery engagements alongside Data & AI teams.
- Develop and train custom machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Utilize Jupyter-based environments for experimentation, exploratory analysis, model development, and deployment workflows.
- Present technical concepts, project updates, and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior AI Engineers and team members.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including project scoping, effort estimation, architecture discussions, and solution design.
- Educate clients and stakeholders on machine learning, generative AI, and data science best practices and methodologies.
- Contribute to the evolution of
- Data & AI capabilities, reusable assets, and thought leadership initiatives. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-focused roles with strong exposure to deep learning technologies.
- Strong Python programming skills with the ability to write scalable, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience developing and training custom machine learning and deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Jupyter Notebooks, Azure Machine Learning Studio, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Nvidia AI Enterprise, and DGX platforms.
- Experience working with major open-source and commercial AI model providers including Llama, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and advanced deep learning concepts.
- Knowledge of generative AI methodologies including fine-tuning, transfer learning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience across the ML lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, retraining, drift detection, and canary testing strategies.
- Solid communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Experience supporting pre-sales initiatives including project estimation, scoping, and solution architecture discussions. Nice to Have
- Exposure to enterprise AI transformation projects or consulting-based delivery environments.
- Experience leading client workshops, AI strategy sessions, or technical discovery engagements.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, model governance, and production AI deployment frameworks.
