Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales efforts in the scenic hill station of Mount Abu. This role is ideal for a strategic professional who understands the unique luxury and vacation home market of this region. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the Rajasthan real estate sector. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets for residential, commercial, or vacation properties.
- Lead Generation: Identify and tap into new market segments; manage inquiries from digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with HNI clients, providing them with end-to-end assistance from site visits to final closure.
- Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on local market trends in Mount Abu and surrounding areas, including competitor pricing and recent government regulations.
- Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct professional site tours, highlighting the unique value propositions of the property (e.g., elevation, climate, architectural heritage).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design localized campaigns and with the legal/documentation team for smooth contract execution. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Real Estate sales, preferably within luxury housing or hospitality-linked real estate.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; an MBA in Marketing or Sales is highly preferred.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mount Abu landscape, local demographics, and regional property laws in Rajasthan.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English; ability to converse in Gujarati is a significant advantage given the high tourist and investor influx from neighboring Gujarat.
- Negotiation: Proven track record of closing high-value deals and handling complex negotiations.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site inspections. What We Offer
