Job Title: Billing & Collections Executive (Fresher Friendly) Department: Accounts & Collections Location: Online Friendly Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply) About the Role Hockeycurve is looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and communicative professionals who can handle high-value billing and collection tasks that require human intelligence, customer interaction, and problem-solving. This is an excellent opportunity for Commerce graduates and freshers who want to build a strong career in finance operations, accounts receivable, and customer financial management. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end billing processes using automated systems Generate invoices, credit notes, and payment reminders Follow up with customers for timely collections (via calls, emails & WhatsApp) Reconcile accounts and resolve billing disputes Maintain accurate records in the ERP/CRM system Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams Escalate critical cases as per defined SOPs Achieve monthly collection targets and aging benchmarks Requirements & Qualifications Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent (Commerce background mandatory) Languages: Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (both spoken & written) Freshers with good attitude and learning ability are most welcome Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing, and MS Excel Comfortable working in a target-driven, process-oriented environment Skills We Value Explicit and professional communication (phone + email) Good listening & negotiation skills Attention to detail and accuracy Team player with positive attitude Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Email) Willingness to learn new systems quickly
