As we continue expanding, we are looking for a motivated Management Intern to support daily operations and contribute to process optimization initiatives. Your Role as a Management Intern Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day logistics operations to ensure smooth and productive delivery execution.
• Coordinate with freelance delivery partners and business clients to maintain operational continuity.
• Monitor operational performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support customer issue resolution and help improve service quality processes.
• Collaborate with operations and tech teams to optimize logistics workflows and internal systems.
• Contribute to process documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Assist in scheduling, shift management, and fleet coordination activities. What We’re Looking For:
• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
