Job Title Insurance Team Leader Trainer Location Udaipur Rajasthan Experience 2-3 years in the Insurance domain with a focus on Motor Life and health insurance Key Responsibilities Develop plan and deliver training sessions on Motor Life and Health Insurance products and processes Create training materials such as manuals presentations and quizzes to support learning objectives Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees on their progress and development Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements as needed Stay updated with the latest industry trends regulations and products to ensure training content is current and relevant Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design customized programs Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees as required Maintain records of training activities and employee performance Ensure all training sessions meet company standards and align with business objectives Required Skills Experience in training coaching or mentoring teams in the insurance industry Strong understanding of insurance products processes and regulatory frameworks Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00
