Job Title : Production General Manager (RTD, Thermocouples&Thermowells) Location : Udaipur, India Experience : 15 Years in Instrumentation Industry (Automobile Based will be Preferred) Educational Qualification : B.Tech. (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation) MBA (May be preferred but not Mandatory) Job Summary :Tempsens is seeking a hands on experienced and result-oriented production manager to handle manufacturing operations of RTD, Thermocouples and Thermowells. The role includes management of all production processes, ensuring product quality, technical compliance and productivity optimization with cross-team coordination to meet the TAT / client's delivery targets.Key Responsibilities :Product Production Planning&Execution Production Process Management&Improvement Product Quality Assurance Team Leadership Inventory&RMC Control Cross-Functional Coordination Essential Requirements :Strong knowledge base of contact temperature sensors-RTD/TC/TW Proficiency in various welding processes (TIG, Laser, Micro-plasma) Proficiency with CNC, VMC and fabrication processes of thermowell Proficiency in Lean manufacturing / Automated ManufacturingExcellent Leadership and decision making skills Good communication and problem solving analytical skills Preferred Skills : Exposure to international standards (ASTM, IEC, ASME for Thermowells) Hands-on experience with SAP systems for production planning Employment :Full-Time (Work from Workplace)
