Role Description We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of revenue growth through paid channels. This role requires someone who is not just hands-on with platforms but also understands how to scale campaigns profitably and drive strong revenue outcomes.Qualifications Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook&Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels Own and drive revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives Manage and scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROAS Analyse campaign data and optimise funnels, creatives, and targeting strategies Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pagesCollaborate closely with the creative and content teams for high-performing campaigns Track and improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new growth opportunities Requirements : Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketingStrong experience working with D2C brands (mandatory) Proven track record of driving and scaling revenue through paid campaigns Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights Good understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and customer journeysStrong communication and collaboration skills Good to have: Experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness brands Ability to write high-converting ad copies and strong creative judgment Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
