Brand Partnerships Manager, Udaipur

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship&Brand Partnerships Manager to lead our sponsorship acquisition efforts for major music and youth entertainment events under XMLOOPS TV&9XM TV. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing sponsorship deals with brands that align with our creative vision and audience. This is a high-impact role critical to the success of our large-scale events, which reach millions across digital platforms, live venues, and television broadcasts.Key Responsibilities:• Lead Generation&Outreach Identify potential brand partners and sponsors across industries (FMCG, fashion, tech, hospitality, etc.) and build a strong lead pipeline.• Pitching&Proposal Development Create customized sponsorship proposals and pitch decks based on brand objectives, event data, and audience insights.• Client Meetings&Relationship Management Schedule and attend meetings (online or offline) with decision-makers to present partnership opportunities and close deals.• Contracting&Negotiations Manage all aspects of deal-making— from pricing to deliverables and post-event reporting — with a focus on long-term relationships. • Collaboration with Internal Teams Coordinate with marketing, content, production, and legal teams to ensure brand requirements are smoothly integrated into the event experience.• Campaign Tracking&Reporting Track sponsor ROI and provide post-event reports including media coverage, impressions, digital reach, and brand placements. Required Skills&Experience:• Minimum 2 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or media sales (preferred but not mandatory). • Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills. • Strong network of marketing decision-makers in relevant industries is a plus. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple brand conversations simultaneously.• Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems. • A passion for events, entertainment, youth culture, and brand storytelling.
