Mechanical Engineer – Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our organization. The candidate should have robust technical knowledge in mechanical maintenance and industrial equipment operations. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling plant maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities at site. Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Ball Mill, Crusher, and related mechanical equipment. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements for efficiency enhancement. Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for daily plant activities. Prepare maintenance reports, equipment checklists, and documentation. Assist in spare parts planning and inventory management. Support basic cost controlling and maintenance budgeting activities. Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed at site. Prepare and review basic mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance and operations. Valuable experience in mechanical basics and industrial maintenance practices. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities effectively.

Pay: ₹450,000.00
- ₹600,000.00 per year
