(Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation) <\/div> MBA (May be preferred but not Mandatory) <\/div> <\/div> Job Summary :<\/u> <\/b> <\/div> Tempsens is seeking a hands on experienced and result -oriented production manager to handle manufacturing operations of RTD, Thermocouples and Thermowells. The role includes management of all production processes, ensuring product quality, technical compliance and productivity optimization with cross -team coordination to meet the TAT / client’s delivery targets. <\/div> <\/div> Key Responsibilities :<\/u> <\/b> <\/div> Product Production Planning & Execution <\/div> Production Process Management & Improvement <\/div> Product Quality Assurance <\/div> Team Leadership <\/div> Inventory & RMC Control <\/div> Cross -Functional Coordination <\/div> <\/div> Essential Requirements <\/u> <\/b>: <\/div> Strong knowledge base of contact temperature sensors -RTD/TC/TW <\/div> Proficiency in various welding processes (TIG, Laser, Micro -plasma) <\/div> Proficiency with CNC, VMC and fabrication processes of thermowell <\/div> Proficiency in Lean manufacturing / Automated Manufacturing <\/div> Excellent Leadership and decision making skills <\/div> Valuable communication and problem solving analytical skill <\/div> <\/div> Preferred Skills :<\/u> <\/b> <\/div> Exposure to international standards (ASTM, IEC, ASME for Thermowells) <\/div> Hands -on experience with SAP systems for production planning <\/div> <\/div> Employment : Full -Time (Work from Workplace) <\/div> <\/span> Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n5zta
