Sr. Executive (Udaipur)

– Dispatch Position: Logistics Executive / Store Executive Department: Finance Reports To: Finance Head Industry: Manufacturing Key Responsibilities & Authorities Manage Stores Inventory Management System effectively. Maintain physical inventory levels and conduct monthly stock verification. Handle material receipt, issue, and dispatch activities. Ensure proper identification, storage, and handling of materials. Reconcile stock with job workers and suppliers. Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) practices for shelf-life items. Manage Finished Goods Store operations efficiently. Maintain customer-supplied product inventory records. Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory items. Maintain QMS documentation as per IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements. Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow. Prepare dispatch documents, stock reports, and inventory records. Required Skills Inventory & Stores Management Finished Goods Handling Customer Communication Dispatch Documentation Vendor & Supplier Coordination Negotiation Skills QMS Documentation Knowledge of FIFO & Inventory Control Systems MS Excel / ERP Knowledge preferred Qualification B.Com or equivalent qualification Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, stores, or inventory management in manufacturing industry.
