Electrical Engineering (Bassi)

Role Summary:- The Engineering Head – Electrical & Power Systems will be responsible for leading end-to-end electrical engineering activities for EHV/MV/LV substations and power system projects. The role involves strategic oversight of primary and secondary engineering, system studies, tendering, technical bid evaluations, and multidisciplinary coordination. The incumbent will provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with national and international standards, and mentor engineering teams while driving quality, safety, and cost optimization

Engineering Leadership & Governance

• Lead and manage complete electrical engineering functions across projects, including

primary, secondary, and detailed engineering.

• Define engineering strategies, standards, and best practices for power system and

substation projects.

• Provide technical direction, approvals, and design governance across all project

Mentor and develop engineering teams, ensuring skill enhancement and technical

Electrical Diagrams & System Engineering

• Provide expert guidance on AIS/GIS substation engineering up to 400kV.
