Role Description This The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations and campus maintenance activities to ensure a clean, safe, hygienic, and well-maintained environment. The role includes leading and supervising a team of 25 housekeeping staff, coordinating daily maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining operational standards across the campus.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Facility Management, Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum 3-7 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or facility maintenance. Experience in handling large housekeeping teams is preferred. Required Skills Solid leadership and team management abilities. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance activities. Ability to handle manpower efficiently and maintain discipline. Problem-solving and organizational skills. Full-time position. May require flexibility in working hours during emergencies or special campus events. Extensive movement across campus premises for supervision and inspections.
