Counsellor (Ratlam)

Aksa International is seeking a passionate, energetic, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The candidate will play a key role in guiding students and parents about career opportunities in the aviation, hospitality, travel management, and customer service industries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions. The role requires strong counseling abilities, follow-up management, and relationship-building skills to ensure a smooth admission process for students. Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, eligibility criteria, and fee structure
- Handle admission inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online leads
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
- Explain course benefits, placement opportunities, and training processes clearly to students
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets assigned by the management
- Maintain accurate student records, inquiry data, and admission documentation
- Coordinate with the telecalling, marketing, and operations teams for lead management
- Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and promotional activities when required
- Build robust relationships with students to ensure a positive counseling experience
- Support students throughout the admission and onboarding process Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team spirit Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in education counseling, sales, telecalling, or customer service
- Experience in aviation, hospitality, or training institutes will be an added advantage Skills Required:
