Job Title Field Service Engineer & Marketing Executive Department Service & Marketing Field-Based / On-Site Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Field Service Engineer & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for equipment installation, servicing, customer support, and business development activities. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with marketing and client-handling skills to support both service operations and sales growth. # Key Responsibilities ## Technical / Service Responsibilities
* Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Provide after-sales service and customer support.
* Maintain service reports and documentation.
* Train customers on equipment usage and safety procedures. --- ## Marketing Responsibilities
* Visit customers and promote company products/services.
* Generate new business leads and client inquiries.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
* Coordinate with sales and technical teams for quotations and follow-ups.
* Achieve sales and service targets.
* Collect market and competitor information. # Required Qualifications
* Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in:
* Mechanical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Electronics Engineering
* Instrumentation Engineering --- # Required Skills

* Sales negotiation skills
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
* Ability to work independently --- Pay: ₹15,000.00
